1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThrillTicket ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after we post changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

ThrillTicket provides ticket price intelligence, including price tracking, fair value estimates, deal scoring, and price alerts. We are not a ticket marketplace, broker, or seller. We do not process payments, hold inventory, deliver tickets, or guarantee entry to any event. Purchases are completed entirely through third-party marketplaces, and those transactions are solely between you and the marketplace.

3. Pricing Information

All prices, fair value estimates, Deal Scores, charts, and alerts are informational only. They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and may not reflect current availability, seat location, fees, taxes, delivery charges, or final checkout prices. We do not guarantee that any listed price will be available when you click through to purchase.

You are solely responsible for verifying all ticket details, event information, seat location, total cost, and seller terms before completing any purchase.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on ThrillTicket constitutes financial, legal, investment, or purchasing advice. Deal Scores and fair value estimates are algorithmic opinions, not guarantees of value or savings. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions.

5. Third-Party Marketplaces

Links to ticket marketplaces are provided for convenience. We do not operate, endorse, or control those sites and are not responsible for their listings, pricing, fees, fulfillment, refunds, cancellations, fraud, counterfeit tickets, event changes, or customer service. Any dispute with a marketplace must be resolved directly with that marketplace.

6. Affiliate Relationships

We may earn commissions when you purchase tickets through links on our platform. This does not affect our Deal Score rankings or the price you pay on partner marketplaces. Affiliate compensation does not create any warranty or responsibility on our part for third-party transactions.

7. Alerts and Notifications

Price alerts, emails, and push notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee timely delivery, accuracy, or that you will receive an alert before a deal sells out or prices change. Missed, delayed, or undelivered alerts do not create any liability for ThrillTicket.

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact information for alert notifications and keep your account credentials confidential.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRILLTICKET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED DEALS, PRICING ERRORS, INCORRECT EVENT INFORMATION, TICKET UNAVAILABILITY, EVENT CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS, COUNTERFEIT OR INVALID TICKETS, REFUND DENIALS, OR ANY ISSUES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACES OR YOUR PURCHASING DECISIONS.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that ticket purchases involve risk, including price volatility, limited inventory, and seller reliability. You assume all risks associated with using ThrillTicket and purchasing tickets through third parties.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThrillTicket and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your ticket purchases through third-party marketplaces.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
